Design, drawings & landlord approvals
Concept layouts and detailed drawings for landlord sign-off and building permit submissions, including shopfronts, RCPs, services zones and joinery details.
Premium custom signage
High-end signage only – lightboxes, projecting signs, 3D lettering and illuminated brand features designed to sit neatly within the overall fitout.
National expansion & lease support

Four Kilo Fish – Collins Street
Complete transformation of a former dental surgery into a specialty café. Full strip-out, new service walls, ceilings, skylight raft, custom joinery, epoxy flake flooring and all services coordinated.
New car hire tenancy fitout including counters, slatwall storage, ducted air conditioning, hybrid vinyl plank flooring and a full-height Tasmanian landscape mural.
Retail fitout including custom display joinery, back-of-house storage and durable floor finishes.
Supermarket tenancy works including counters, shelving coordination and finishes suitable for high-traffic use.
